Responsibilities and Duties

Stellar Development, Inc. is seeking a full-time commercial construction Project Manager. Stellar is an aggressive, energetic, growing company with opportunities for personal growth. Our Company is based out of Sarasota, FL and performs work throughout the state.

Skills/qualifications should include:

• 5+ years of construction experience preferred
• construction management degree preferred
• ability to use CPM scheduling and project management software
• ability to use Microsoft Office software
• good communication skills
• organized
• attention to details
• urgency in regards to project schedule
• ability to contract and manage subcontractors
• ability to manage Owner's expectations and deliver on commitments
• energetic and personable
