Kimberly P. Walker

Kim is a Board Certified Labor and Employment Law Attorney and heads Williams Parker’s Labor & Employment Law practice. Kim represents employers in all matters relating to employees, including preparation of agreements and handbooks, risk management assessment and counsel, and defense of employment claims.

Kim will advise builders regarding the impact of Amendment 2 (if it passes) and will provide risk management advice.

R. David Bustard

Dave is a partner in Williams Parker’s business department where he specializes in business transactions, succession planning and intellectual property matters. Before joining Williams Parker, Dave served for 20 years as in-house corporate counsel to companies in New York and Sarasota.

Dave will provide some brief thoughts on corporate basics for asset protection and options for business transition.
