Chris Staine of Shumaker Loop & Kendrick     will speak from the GC’s perspective and      Ryan   Owen from Adams and Reese will    speak from the Sub’s perspective.  

They will cover topics including Scope of    Work, “Pay When Paid” Clauses, Change  Orders, Damages for Delay, Differing or Concealed Conditions, and Limitation of Remedies Clauses.
