Enjoy lunch while Kevin speaks about the recent revisions to the FL Arbitration code and Construction Defects Presuit Notice provisions that he helped write when he was in the House of Representatives. He will speak on the advantages and disadvantages of each which can be an effective tool for builders to use to stay out of court. Kevin has been a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and is a Stetson Law Professor.
