Dr. Cynthia Clark, Acupuncture Physician, Applied Clinical Nutritionist
A highly skilled acupuncturist, Applied Clinical Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Creator of Energy Evolution, Dr. Cynthia Clark has successfully treated patients with a wide range of health issues, including musculoskeletal pain, digestive and gastro-intestinal issues, endocrine, reproductive, psychological, respiratory, and nervous system disorders. Her comprehensive knowledge of herbal safety and herb-pharmaceutical interactions allows her to safely and effectively integrate herbal medicine, nutrition and whole food supplements into her treatment programs.
An undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineer helped form Dr. Clark’s mind into a systems-based approach to the workings of the body. Years in the technology industry helped her realize the great advances man has made with science. Over a decade of martial arts training prepared her for both the meridian paradigm of energetic Chinese medicine healing, and the discipline required to master the study of it. She graduated with a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from AOMA, Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas. AOMA is the leading graduate school for acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in the U.S. and the first to be regionally accredited. The four-year Master program includes extensive training in both Chinese and Western medical theory, diagnosis and practice. Dr. Clark completed her board exams while still in school, pursued her advanced functional medicine nutritional certification during her last year, and served as AOMA’s Student Association President.
Dr. Cynthia is a NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. She also has an Applied Clinical Nutrition Certification (ACN). She is licensed to practice acupuncture by the Florida Medical Board.
