Dr. Amir B. Ferreira Neto is an assistant professor of Economics at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is originally from Brazil, where he earned his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Dr. Ferreira Neto earned his PhD from West Virginia University (2019). His research interests include regional and urban economics, public economics, and cultural and creative economics.
