The Hard Hat Tour will contain the City of Sarasota’s new building, zoning, utilities, and planning departments all in one building. The jobsite is located at 1575 2nd Street. Street parking is available just to the south and north of the jobsite.
The tour will look at window installation, interior framing, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins. Schedules are fluid so some of this may change on the date of the walkthrough. Hard hats and closed-toe shoes are required.
Space is limited to only 30 attendees for the Hard Hat Tour.
