We want to inform you that GCBX has submitted an official position statement regarding the proposed 100% impact fee changes currently under review by Manatee County.

Our message is clear: we support responsible infrastructure funding, but we are urging the County to adopt a balanced, phased approach that addresses existing infrastructure deficits, protects affordability, economic stability, and ongoing projects already in motion.

We will be representing your interests in person at the upcoming public hearings and will remain engaged throughout the process.
