Architect Mark Sultana, DSDG has grown into a team of 20 creative thinkers and problem

This commitment to collaboration has recently reached a new level with the creation of the

Design Collaboration at 1515 Fruitville Road in the heart of downtown Sarasota.

Mark Sultana and DSDG Architects partnered with John and Chris Rosende of TMD

Windows & Doors to bring this innovative concept to life. The Design Collaboration is a

thoughtfully curated destination where architecture, design, construction, and technology

come together under one roof. Created to inspire homeowners, builders, architects, and

interior designers, it serves as a hub for elevated product selections, creative

collaboration, and streamlined project execution.

Spanning more than 9,500 square feet, the Design Collaboration houses the DSDG

Architects studio, TMD Windows & Doors, and multiple showrooms representing premier

brands and industry leaders in Florida’s building and design community, including The

Lighting Lofts, Dell Anno Cabinetry, and others.

TMD Windows & Doors

TMD provides far more than traditional window and door supply services. The company

combines luxury product o6erings with advanced estimating tools, project coordination

technology, and builder-focused operational platforms to create a seamless construction

experience.

The showroom provides direct access to premium windows, doors, custom millwork,

cabinetry, and curated specialty products from some of the industry’s most respected

In 2026, Dell Anno celebrates its 40th anniversary of combining advanced technology with
