• This opportunity requires an individual with the ability to be a critical thinker, anticipate needs

• Acting as a liaison between managers and employees
• Enforce and maintain employee handbook
• Handle disciplinary actions
• Overseeing employee relations and securing regulatory compliance
• Administering employee-related services such as payroll and benefits
• Overseeing a team of three office ladies/cashiers which handles payments to our customer
base
• Identify and ensure adherence to legal requirements and government reporting regulations
(OSHA, EEOC, ADA, ERISA, FMLA, etc)
• Skill in written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize/organize information, assignments and meet timelines
• Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a stronger employer brand for our
organization to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees
Requirements:
• In lieu of a degree five (5) or more year experience in HR
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification

Hours:
Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
