Membership Director – Now Hiring

GCBX is seeking a Membership Director to lead our membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts across Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties. This role is central to building relationships with industry professionals, supporting member value, and serving as a visible representative of the organization at programs and events.

As part of a small, collaborative team, the Membership Director manages prospect outreach, supports the Membership Committee, oversees reporting and renewals, assists with communications and marketing, and plays an active role in sponsorship sales and event engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and skilled at building professional relationships within the commercial contracting industry.
