Membership Director

Position Summary 

GCBX is seeking an outgoing, relationship-focused professional to help grow and strengthen our membership community. The Membership Director is responsible for recruiting new members, engaging and retaining existing members, and supporting the overall mission and growth of the Association. This role works closely with the Executive Director, Membership Committee, and staff to promote events, programs, and member initiatives while building strong professional relationships throughout the industry.

The ideal candidate is a true people person who enjoys networking, communication, and creating meaningful connections.
