Membership Director

Position Summary 

The Membership Director develops and implements strategies to grow and retain membership within GCBX. This role focuses on outreach to prospective members, engagement and retention of current members, and coordination with the Membership Committee to support membership goals. The Membership Director works closely with the Executive Director and collaborates with staff to promote events and organizational initiatives. The Membership Director plays a key role in enhancing member value and supporting the overall mission of the Association. This position requires an outgoing, communicative individual who is comfortable building and maintaining professional relationships.
