The Human Resources Manager of Bob Miller Masonry, Inc. develops, maintains and enhances the company’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices; and directs the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, ongoing training, and employee services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
